HUT Cup chase rewards missing

I have lost all my HUT Champs collectibles (5–6 total). After finishing my latest season today, I did not receive a new Champs collectible. In addition, I am no longer receiving Cup Chase collectible...

Hi there. You get Cup Chase collectibles through completing objectives. They aren't received just for completing a season. As far as the missing collectibles goes, open a case with an advisor so they can investigate your account. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page.
