I didnt receive my content and EA help was useless

Friday Dec 19 I purchased a 3200 points pack and never received it. Got an error message but my points are gone. its been 96 hours I want my content or I’ll make a formal complaint

I’ve spoken with 7 agents and they never help. It’s very frustrating . I just want what I’ve paid for.
