You need 5 cards for an MSP set, which means 10 cards for 2 MSPs.

You can get 150 collectibles per event. That's enough for 5 cards for an MSP set. That's one MSP.

You can get 2 more cards for an MSP set by completing all event objectives, and moments give you enough fodder for one more card for an MSP set. That's 3 out of 5 cards needed for an MSP, or 8 out of 10 cards needed for 2 MSPs.
