Mislabeled Pack 1/16

The "Season 3 Elite Chance Pack" for 1500 NHL points gives out (UT) untradable cards instead of auctionable/tradeable cards like is to be assumed. Attached in images is the pack name, the pack odds, and the cards I pulled with the (UT) logo on them. I bought the pack twice thinking I was getting auctionable cards.
