Missing HUT Champs Rewards
I have just spoken with an agent from EA support after waiting almost 2 hours (when the estimate was 2 mins) about an incredibly frustrating ordeal
i am new to HUT and HUT Champs, after playing franchise for many years i pre-ordered the game specifically for this mode and have spend at least 2-300 dollars on building my team specifically for HUT champs. I just completed my first time last weekend and after getting my wins, I have 0 rewards which are supposed to be given today. I did all of this with the hope of getting one specific card (85ovr Kronwall), and I’m not even sure if/when I get the rewards he’ll still be available! EA supoort over chat couldn’t help me and only advised me to post here! This makes me not want to continue playing I’m so frustrated
