New moments, same request for a quality of life update for moments

Having a stick checks moment while poke checking doesn't register and the AI goes out of there way to avoid picking the pick up or just curling away continuously ragging like it's champs or just passing right to your players so we have possession and can't poke check. This stuff is ridiculous for a such a miniscule moment for a 79 overall player. Just leave the sliders alone and fix whatever is going on behind the scenes in the moments code
