We can't matched game-I feel so left out

Hi. I'm a Korean who enjoys this game. I've been playing it nonstop since NHL 21. Until last year (NHL 25), I never had this much trouble finding matches. Of course, I feel a little sorry for North American players.

Because the ping is really bad. I want to play with my North American and European friends, but I can't seem to enjoy it at all this time. So, we're always meeting Russian and Korean friends. I don't know if you know, but only a very small number of users are enjoying this game.

Lately, I've been waiting for an hour or two, but I haven't been able to play a single game online. I'm depressed and only playing offline games. I feel like the servers have been disconnected. Was there a notice about this? Or was it just an arbitrary split? We want to play games in the mainstream, too. Is this an unsolvable problem?
