Be a pro concerns

I’m new to hockey but I find the sport quite fun so I’m playing be a pro because I’m an offline/ career mode kinda guy and . I’ve noticed that the teammate Ai is absolutely terrible they constantly take the worst shots ever. I’m familiar with Matthew’s and know he’s known for being a goal scorer yet he would constantly run into the keeper or send it right at him and it seemed like he just wouldn’t aim at all same with pretty much the rest of my teammates don’t make the most sense to me. And on top of it because I’m casual I’m playing on rookie, don’t know if that affects that or not. 

Side Note: I added prospects for fun on a custom roster and they duplicated I don’t know if anyone else has done the same and run into the same thing any feedback would be wonderful.
