Network Connection Isuue

I have tried all the troubleshooting possible and its still not letting my load past the start screen. Been trying for days on loads of different wifi connections and still no luck. I even spoke to a ea support advisor and once again still no luck. They told me to post here so someone from the NHL 27 team can directly help me. Hoping that can happen before the playtest is closed :)
