NHL 27 Playtest Network Connection Issue

I have the play test download and I'm on the proper account, I have received my code and for some reason when I load into the playtest and press a to start it will load for a few seconds and then give me the message that says network connection issue. I’m on Xbox and any tips would be appreciated thanks!

    Since your code redeemed successfully and you're on the correct Xbox account, I'd try fully restarting your console first and then launching the PlayTest again. If you're still getting the network connection issue after that, report it here so the team can look into it:
