I got a code for the NHL 27 playtest. I followed the instructions and redeemed the code on the PSN app like it said, but I wasn’t able to download the playtest. I logged on the ps5 that is linked to the account but there the playtest wasn’t there neither.
Same happened. Hope to see a reply from EA.
I had the same issue, but then i found it. playstation it seems its not automatically downlaoding. go to your game library, and scroll to Your Collection. Should see NHL27 there UltraDankest and xgoalscorer9x
I receive the code, and follow the instructions but i couldnt redeem the code, always said its no longer valid or expired.
any way to fix this?
This didn't work from within the console game library; however, I followed the browser link from the email and located it in my game catalog. That allowed me to download to the console. All is good. Thanks for the suggestion.

I followed the instructions given through the email and redeemed the code on my phone and it said it would start downloading on my Xbox but then never did.
Same has happened to me and I can’t find it anywhere
Go to the Xbox website, sign in, click on your profile picture, then click view account. Go down the lefthand column to Order History, then click the name of the playtest at the top of your list.
That should take you to the Xbox store page for the playtest and you can install it to your Xbox from there.
