Online modes connection issue being investigated

Whenever I open the game and it’s at the main menu it takes long to load or sometimes it won’t load

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried the steps in this article for connection troubleshooting?

Also, make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

And, if you're on a wireless connection, switching to a wire should be an improvement.

I just started a Ranked game in Platinum 4, but before the game even properly started, the server disconnected and the game counted as a loss for me.

Because of this server issue, I lost one bar in Platinum 4 even though I didn’t actually get to play the game. I believe I was only one game away from reaching Platinum 5.

For the life of me , I cant get anything done  in hut because everytime I try to change screens that require network, the ea logo is spinning non stop, screen loading is taking forever and most of the time im getting booted with an error ??   It's as bad as dial up internet.   

Can't even load in to moments or cupchase. Any ideas if this will last until content time?

Still getting booted on Xbox from every HUT mode whether online or offline

So many people having connection issues today.  Might be an EA thing or maybe the web is congested.  Ive also been having connection issues, but did all the above steps before posting........Im on 95o/450  fiber and am hardwired.

Can't finish the wildcard online or offline, I get the message error or the invite can't be send.  I try the hut moments and the same message of error. It always to the main menu of nhl 2027.  I did reset my ps5 and my Wi-Fi....

This error (and others) for all members of my teams.

30 minutes in menus impossible to play, we quit.

100€ a game with no improvement in WOC except the pay-to-win system and it doesn't even work... so strong the developers !

Rocket League (free) never problem to join a session, Bannerlord (50€) diplomacy system in a free update...
