I signed up for the ea NHL 27 play test got accepted, got a code and when I put the code in on the browser it said it would automatically install to the home xbox, I am not on my own home xbox and dont have any switches left and when I try to put the code in on my xbox it says it is already used. Is there anything I can do about this?
Hey there. It should install automatically on your XBOX. If it doesn't, you can manually install it by viewing your recent orders.

There is no manual install in recent transactions in Playstation. Just request refund and view policy.
Same problem. 5 minutes until it is open on the East coast and I can not Download it nor do I have an option to. Unless it automatically will download after 5 pm ? I can view transactions and it shows everything is fine and was purchased correctly, but no download or download button.
Go to recent orders on microsoft.com and click on it to install it from your phone

I redeemed the code two days before the playtest, I’m not sure if I was supposed to do that but the game never showed up in my library or queue. Now on playtest day past 2 pm pacific time it’s not in my Xbox library and I can’t type in the code again because it has already been redeemed. How do I play the game now?
