I got accepted to play test NHL 27 and I got a code. I put that code into my web browser as it said to in the instructions. I went to download NHL 27 play test on my ps5 but when I got the part where it says put the code in the redeem code section it will not let me and it says the code has already been used. Is there a way I can get a new code or fix this? Someone at EA can you help me.

I redeemed the code in my device not my ps5 which I will be testing the game on since it said in the instructions for me to do that. Also how do you view your recent orders on the ps5. I checked the recent orders on my device but the only option was to request a refund and it didn’t allow me to.
I signed up on the 6th of July through an email I got and haven't received a code
For xbox I had to go to the microsoft site, order history and click on the game logo. I then had the option to install to my console. It may be similar for playstation. Hope this helps.
I signed from EA Playtest site ages ago, no code here and i am really keen on looking to help.

I had redeemed it a couple of days ago, when I first got the code and redeemed it in the Microsoft store on my Xbox Series X and went to look for the downloaded game and it wasn't there. Went and checked my "owned games" library and there's nothing there either. I also, double and triple-checked that I redeemed it on the correct account. I have proof that its in my recent Microsoft orders, it's just nowhere to be found on my Xbox.
My bad, I found it when I went on my computer and was able to install it from there.
