Re: NHL Play Test Network Connection Issue

Hello 

I downloaded the beta code last night and tried playing but could not get into the game as it said I couldn’t connect to ea servers but I did understand that the servers were down on release day. I have now tried to get on the following day and it’s doing the same thing I am in the EU and on Xbox series X. Has anyone come across the same issue and is there any way of resolving this?

any help is greatly appreciated!

    Nah they have no idea what’s going on. Same thing happening to me and a bunch of others. They’ll say to power cycle your modem/console, reinstall the game, and to make sure it’s on the right account. There’s no conceivable way they could have possibly made a mistake. Seems like they’re working overtime on getting it back up so that’s promising…. Not
