EASHL Club 6s Matchmaking

3 players total are playing clubs (2 Xbox, 1 PlayStation) on relaxed matchmaking settings. We are trying to play user goalie games and have spent 3+ hours queuing to no avail over the past week to even find a game. 

We tried allowing drop in skaters to have a full team as well and we cannot find a game. We tried to do non user goalie games in 6s and cannot find a game. 

It says matchmaking is high or normal with 34 secs to find a match and we never do. East coast and Midwest servers for us as well. This has never happened even in low population NHLs so what's the issue? We want to do goalie games but about to refund it since we can't play at all
