Game will absolutely not open.
Paid $130 for this game. Then paid prob another $50 for packs to have a competitive team in hut. Now for the past 4 days the game has not been able to open once without crashing 2 seconds into loading. I would like my money back as this is one of at least 2 dozen severe issues this game has that I won’t even get into such as the half baked gm connected or the player models glitching all over the screen. I am physically unable to use the game that I paid over 100 dollars for and am unable to do anything about it. God I miss physical games.Cannot find opponent online: NHL 26/27 — Online Vs, HUT, CHEL
I'm having trouble finding opponents in any online mode — Online Vs, HUT, and CHEL all fail to match me with anyone. This has been consistent across both NHL 26 and NHL 27. I'm connecting from Southeast Asia. Other EA titles (FC, Madden) work fine and find opponents without issue, so it doesn't seem to be a general connectivity problem on my end. I've already confirmed: UPnP is enabled and successfully opening ports (verified via router logs) NAT type shows as Type 2 Could someone from the team take a look at why NHL specifically fails to match under these conditions? Happy to provide more diagnostic info if useful. Thank you
Transfer from PS5 to Xbox
Questions/concerns about switching from PS5 to Xbox Series X I’m currently playing NHL 27 on PS5 and I’m considering switching to an Xbox Series X. I currently own and manage a GM Connected franchise. Will my GM Connected franchise/progress transfer if I switch from PS5 to Xbox, assuming I use the same EA account? Also, since NHL 27 just released and I purchased the game digitally on PS5, is there any way to transfer the game license to Xbox Series X, or would I have to purchase the Xbox version separately? If anyone has already made the switch from PS5 to Xbox, I’d appreciate any information about what transfers and what doesn’t. Thanks!Game Crashing When Keyboard pops up
My game keeps crashing every time the keyboard pops up on screen and I have tried uninstalling the game, restarting the game and my xbox series x, resetting my xbox, and clearing the cache. I talked to multiple people through the ea chat and they couldn’t do anything and said to come here.Horrible gameplay
Is ea ever going to make a hockey that is real competitive skill? How in the world can I go and win 9 games in a row and then losee 10? How can an 82 overall outskate an 86? How can I be standing right in front of someone and the puck goes through that person as if they aren't there? For god sake make a game right? And how about you actually put people against each other with the same skill rating. It'd be about time you did something right, otherwise go back to in time and take notes.NHL club crashes everytime I go into it
There was an server crash yesterday which where it started, fast forward to today and I can’t even get into my club for a game without an error code and even when someone got in we couldn’t invite anyone or people not in the club without the error code popping up. Need help!Be a pro bugs
There was a bug, when in the playoffs the game went to overtime, but it was 5 minute 3 on 3 and after that a shootout. The game probably thinks that was regular season, please fix. Also some annoying features: Still that annoying ticking sound every time I enter the be a pro menu. I know it can be turned off by sfx volume, but then I have to go back every time to adjust it bacause in game sfx is on the same setting. Also leadership challenge is very diffucult. Getting 70% teamplay grade is incredibly hard if you're not center winning every faceoff. Add adjustable shoot/pass bias for your player. I dont want my player to take 500 shots a season when simulating.(Metric vs. Imperial)
Hi I wanted to bring up something that is getting seriously annoying: why does EA Sports still lock the unit of measurement based on the console's system language? Basically, if you want to create a player with standard North American hockey sizing in feet and pounds (for example, a massive 6'5" and 220 lbs power forward), you are forced to switch your entire console language to English. As soon as you set the console to French, the game forces the metric system on you (196 cm and 100 kg). We should be able to freely choose our display preferences (Feet/Pounds vs. Centimeters/Kilograms) directly in the game settings or during player creation, regardless of the language we are playing in. It's a small detail, but for immersion in a mode like Be a Pro, it's pretty frustrating not to have control over it. Anyone else find this annoying, or has anyone found a hidden workaround to change this without changing the whole console language?Constantly losing connection to EA Servers
I am not sure what else to do, I play nhl 27 on ps5 and I lose connection to EA servers every time i try to play an online game. I have unlinked and relinked my playstation account with my ea account, changed my ea password, checked for any bans/suspensions (none), checked for updates on my system and game, checked my system date and time settings (set to automatic), NAT Type is Type 2, changed my DNS Settings, cleared my cache, used both ethernet and wifi, changed ethernet cables. Does anybody have any ideas? This is the only game I have issues with. I can even play the EA titles like NHL 25, FC 26, and Battlefield and have never had this issue.
NHL 27 Game Crashes "Be a Pro Career"
I have seen several reports of PS and Xbox users crashes while trying to get through the Be a Pro Career mode. I bought the deluxe addition to get extra time and other things for my game playing but its unstable and wasted "pre release" time before its made available to everyone else. I am guessing no one at EA cares about giving anything for this game breaking crashes for those who have given extra money for this time access, but what is going to be done? 🤨
