Linked email..

Question

Hello i have an account EA from 2011 linked with an old email and i dont have the password of my old email so i cannot change the password on it. And i cannot unlink the email to the account even if i created a new EA account i cannot link it to my Psn because the old one is still link. I need someone at EA to remove the linked account for me to link my new one.

the old email was [edit: email address removed] and whant this email to be unlinked form any EA account after that i will be able to play online..

Hi there. We're not able to unlink accounts for you without passing account ownership verification. You'll need to open a case for that by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the account support page. Thanks!
