Missing cards

I have had these things happen:

Sometime ago, I purchased a goalie card in auction house, cannot located card after going to inbox and sending to collection.  Finally, had to repurchase and was able to get the goalie. Spent more money though.

Today, opened a pack, 2 x 80 ovr, received 2 cards, one forward and one goalie.  Multi-selected both and sent both and send to collection.  Then it gave me option again but just with the forward.  Sent to collection.  After going to team and trying to substitute, could not locate the goalie but was able to locate the defensemen for substitution.

Again today, I opened another pack, 2 x 83 ovr.  One was Drake Batherson, other was Saros something, goalie. Same steps, sent both to collection after Multi-selected.  Goalie disappears, then given same option this time only for Batherson.  Sent to collection.  Was able to verify that Batherson was there to be used in my lineup but the goalie missing again. I hope this issue can be fixed.  I only realized not long ago that the common denominator is that goalie cards are going missing. 

Wondering if anyone else is having same issues?
