Everytime I try to play ranked or any online mode half the time i lose connection to EA servers mid game. I have lost 5 ranked games today due to disconnects, no issues with wired ethernet connection or playstation network servers just connection loss to EA servers. Unsure if there is a fix or if anyone else has been getting connection loss frequently.
Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. We're not aware of any issues with the servers currently. Please try all of the steps in this article for connection troubleshooting. If those don't help, contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
Ive tried the troubleshooting article and ive contacted my ISP and there has been no noted issues on there end. Its strange because I have never lost internet connection only EA server connection and seems to only happen frequently in ranked game mode and not wildcard or champs. Is there any other further steps i can take to try and fix this.
