NHL 27 ranked

Can the ranked matchmaking be fit cuz I’m in gold 1 and why am I matching players in platinum 3 when NHL 26 was never like that i’m even hearing NHL creators saying that they’re getting higher ranked players also wonder why people are complaining that they can’t go up in ranked 🤦‍♂️
