Not getting Prime Starter Pack

Hey. Not quite sure what you mean by Prime Starter Pack. That wasn't part of the Deluxe Edition bonuses. Are you sure that's the name of it?

  Happened to me last year and never got it lol. Same with all the free ones for Xbox rewards
