+ 7 boost stolen?

Soon after I bought the game, I started playing EASHL and bought a +7 skater speed with my credit card, since I didnt want to wait to get a 100 plus minus in 150 games. It cost me 2,99$ + rates.
I just reached my 150th game and obviously dont have the 100 plus minus, and the boost cancelled and is now locked again. What can I do to have it back, or get a refund? This is a bug that looks like theft to me...
