Has this been happening to you for a few months or are you talking about the age of the thread? The OP was experiencing this in World of Chel, but it looks like this is happening in BAP for you. Does it still happen after saving and exiting and then restarting NHL 22?

I only started the game in February and just finished my BaP season. I also submitted a ticket, but it's still not unlocked, even after restarting. You can see the issue, showing full progress but doesn't unlock. I don't know if it's prior, sorry...
