Active player with the puck random freeze Razor Wolverine V2 Chroma Controller

I just bought at Razor Wolverine V2 Chroma controller. Every time I play an Rivals or ut Champ game the active player with the puck will randomly freeze for a sec.

Its impossible to play the game with this issue. I have an open technical support case with Razor regarding this but they want me to contact EA support. I only Play NHL22.

I have tested this controller on a friends Xbox playing NHL22 Rivals with the same result. I also have an Razer Wolverine Tournament edt that works fine in NHL22.

    Does this also happen when you use a normal, Xbox controller?

    @enpc12 I have the same problem in fifa 23 with the razer wolverine tournament edition. Did you find any solution to this?

    I got it replaced  after arguing with the support.
