Alternate Pittsburgh Penguins jersey Bug

Hi, I just played with the Pittsburgh Penguins in Stanley Cup Finals and noticed this problem. Every other jersey from any team has it except the black and gold jersey. There is no Stanley Cup patch logo on the top left/right (depending on how you see it) of the jersey.
