Ok, check this out. I'm now in my 5th seaon in be a pro and I'm still classed as a rookie every season. Plus it doesn't matter even if you sign with a new team. It's making the be a pro mode unfun. Really would like this to be fixed, or looked into being fixed. Thanks
I think its due to a significant lack of attention to detail that's been plaguing this game series for years.
Its been present at least since nhl 19. I played 11 seasons as a goalie in 19. Won the cup, multiple vezinas. Every year the first game of the seti got the announcers claiming it was my first nhl start.
Every first shutout of the season they called it the first of my career.. I had an 11,000,000 contract and still was classed as a rookie

Theres on part of that I take issue with.
We do not get half a dozen patches.
Nhl gets one if were lucky. Specifically designed to make the game less enjoyable. Every year.
Just check these forums. Its the same story every time.
Every new feature is disliked. Features people like get removed. New features are repeatedly broken until we beg them to change.
They kinda seem dedicated to doing as bad a job as possible. I bet its a pretty toxic work environment over there

Community ManagerYou are a perpetual rookie in BAP goalie. It’s how the game is and it doesn’t matter what the settings are. I am in my 5th season and I am still the perpetual rookie again. Meaning that even tho the coach no longer says I have to pick up my game (after the 4th season) in the stats.. Im a rookie goalie. In the commentary I am a rookie goalie. Of course this is the Xbox version, but to let you know that even tho it doesn’t affect game play, its annoying to hear cut scene guy say the rookie or after the second game of the season I hear “he is going to play in his 60th game of the season”
