Be a pro progression system

The progression system in "be a pro" needs a complete revamp. Regarding certain attributes progression is easier, for one is rewarded with a decent amount of points, while others are very difficult to progress in, as the opportunities, as well as the amount of points, are insufficient.
Furthermore, losing the puck, among other punishable actions, is way too punishing, especially due to the fact that gaining "puck control" is almost impossible, and well as very under rewarding.
Some attributes you can't even gain points while playing, but only while training!
Here are a list of the attributes which have somewhat of a rewarding feel to them:
Deking (when performing moves), Wrist shot accuracy (scoring), Slap shot accuracy (scoring), faceoffs(taking faceoffs), passing(assists).
But even these need some improvement.
The rest are very unrewarding, and some of them, also very punishing:
Puck control is the worse; it's very difficult to gain, and very punishing, so you could never progress.
Shot power is also difficult to progress in. (also shot power training should be a separate category to train in from shot accuracy)
Hand eye is not rewarding enough.
Shot blocking not rewarding enough.( you also can't train for it)
Poke checking not rewarding enough.( you also can't train for it)
Fighting skill should be more rewarding. ( you also can't train for )
Checking also should be more rewarding( you also can't train for)
Same goes with the rest.
Furthermore, one shouldn't have to feel like the progression system is to be dealt with in a robotic fashion, rather, it should emerge from merely playing the game in a fun way, not a burdensome way.
One shouldn't have to preform 10 dekes game and score 10 goals to feel that he's gained.
FIFA 16 is a very good example of a successful progression system; where the feel of progression is much more natural, as opposed to robotic.
Further, in FIFA 16, one gains points by merely playing a certain amount of matches, or wining certain tournaments, etc...
The feel is natural, and more rewarding; it doesn't feel like a chore.

NHL 16 must rethink its strategy for "be a pro" progression.
The feel must be more rewarding, less punishing, more natural.
One should be able to increase all attributes while playing.
Training should be more focused on certain attributes, as well as more rewarding.
One shouldn't have play 20 seasons to properly gain attributes....
(And if there should be punishment it should be balanced by a commensurate reward)
