BeAGM roster update 11 - strange roster issue, Flames

This was a strange thing I haven't seen before, wasn't an issue in the previous updates or for the other NHL teams. If anyone has any ideas let me know. Can only sign 49 contracts, when trying to sign 50th always says roster is full. Any number of be a gm restarts presents the same problem, but only with Calgary.
