Big Problem with account recovery form

So I had previous NHL and this has been the problem so i link my ea account first in NHL 16 and that same year my email got hacked so in nhl 17 i got a verification code and i could do it to get onli...

Sorry you have had difficulty with this process, can you please attempt account recovery via the following link:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=account-recovery&isLoginForm=false&isContactForm=true

The email initially requested there should be your accessible email, the unknown email will be requested later in the process.

    Barry, this form does nothing but create a case and ask me to wait. My fellow gamer listed above says he has been waiting 4 years? Is there a way to recover my account or should I never purchase an EA game again since I cannot play it online?
