Yup, talked to chat twice now. Given the run around both times, getting so frustrated. I have talked to playstation and went through their steps, obviously this is an EA issue, as it is an EA game. Ill take this as a loss as always.

same boat man bought a code from best buy code is valid yet no player or packs feeling a bit rip off getting the run around back and forth.
