Buy a card and didnt received it

Hi easport,

just wanna say that im a NHL series fan since 1994 and im not angry at all about the way NHL15 goes this year, seriously you guys devlop a crazy realism gameplay that ive never thought you could, Good job and keep up the good work. My problem is that yesterday at 12:00AM ive buy jack johnson 12,9K on a buy out now, evrything was working normaly during the the transaction but no jack johnson in my collection, i didnt put him back on auction by mistake ( watched twice lol )  not a big deal but its a bit frustrating to lost all these eapucks for nothing, thx if you can help me. gamertag : waynegreatzky99  and Hut team : Valleyfield

PS: Ive remarked that right after my prob occur, a brand new Jack johnson was put on the auction house with the same number of game remaining(5) but not at the same price, didnt remember if it was the same gamertag but maybe it could be a kind of cheat/bug.

    Sorry to hear you didn't get your JJ there. But this one will require that you reach out to EA's official support. Hopefully it's just the game being slow, but if you don't get the card, they'll probably need to help.
