Cale Makar 88 card - bug with upgrade

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Hut, Collection, Cale Makar can be upgrade a few time with different cards. To get 88 Cale Makar, you need Cale Makar 87, 2 jerseys and 1 gold collector. I have all four, but the system doesn’t recognize the Home Jersey Avalanche
What happens when the bug occurs? See pictures. The system just don’t see the jersey
What do you expect to see? The collection complete
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 6:00 PM

    @sdosband 

    They look very similar, but they are different. You can search for it on the auction house by selecting the jersey you need in the set. There's also the jersey choice set you can do to get it. That's all the way to the right on the screen with the Fantasy sets. It's right after the Brock Boeser one.

    Hi there, @Rozy_number_7.

    You're using the wrong jersey. Take a look at the collar. It's different than the one you need for the set.

    I used the trade in 20 jerseys to obtain the proper jerseys and they didn’t work

    Hello, @rjd51484 

    Can you get a screenshot of the jerseys you're trying to use for this set? As far as the cool-down timer goes, you'll have to wait for it to expire before completing the set again.

    The cool down on the jersey set has been removed. You should be able to complete it again anytime.
