Camera stuck in the crowd, Be a Pro

Same thing happening to me on the Xbox series S whn the coach speaks to me while I’m on the ice it’s fine but if I’m on the bench it’s to the crowd and can’t do anything after Except either sim the game or exit the app and start the game over hoping it doesn’t happen again exited the game earlier to replay cuz it happened early in the game and it happened again almost at the same time as the first time lol 

The next time it'll happen early in the game, I'll quit the app, but I hope, they'll fix this, it's pretty irritating when it happens.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Be a Pro. It happens mostly after the coach apporaches me during the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? During a game in Be a Pro the game will get stuck on the crowd. I can press options and quit but so far the last 4 games I have played at some point after talking to the coach or simming my next shift the camera goes to the crowd and gets stuck there. It doesn't fix itself. It will just stay like that until I press options and quit.
What do you expect to see? I'm not quite sure what this means. I expect the game to be fluid without getting stuck in a frame. The PlayStation isn't freezing as I can press options and get out. It literally just gets stuck on a frame of the audience and stays there. It just started happening out of nowhere and now I can't finish any Be a Pro games without this happening.

I will be playing a match offline using the Be a Pro feature. Eventually after conversing with the coach or simming to my next shift the camera will stay still on the audience. I can still hear the sfx of the game or the commentators but the frame is stuck on the audience/crowd. I can press options and quit the game so it isn't my PlayStation freezing. 

Total bummer.  Happens fairly frequently.  This kills your ability to complete challenges.  

Same issue on PS5. Sucks if you’re having a great game.

Happens to me all the time in PS4. It literally just happened to me just before the last shift of the game when we were down 1. It was such a good game and I was looking forward to that big moment. Absolutely infuriating 😡🤬

Does the camera get stuck for the rest of the game where you can't play at all or is this only related to when you're on the bench?

Having the same problem now. Happens over and over again in the same game for me on nhl 22 be a pro. I don’t sim any of my games, so I completely exit the game and load up again.

This is my 3rd time now trying to get through the same game, and every time my camera ends up stuck in the crowd whenever my coach try’s to talk to me and the camera stays there indefinitely. I’ve waited upwards of 30minutes with no change.

Between this glitch and my player namebar/indicators disappearing whenever I use x-factor, I can say definitively that this game is not currently playable in Be a pro.
