Can I retrieve my accidentally deleted HUT team?? Please help

I was trying to delete my partial lineup. Instead I deleted my whole frickin team. If I'm unable to retrieve my team, it will be the first and last time I spend money on hut packs. Please help... My team was NORTH STARS. There were two spaces between the name. Geofree22 is my user name. Thanks! NHL16 is the game on Xbox One

  • My friend delete him team feat Malkin , Ovechkin. EA say can't resurrected his team , but give him 30 packs compensation.

    This happened to my son too.  He went to delete a line-up and since the delete team button is in close proximity to the delete lineup option he hit it before he could recover.

    From what I read on-line so far THIS SEEMS HAPPEN TO A LOT OF PEOPLE.  This is an issue with the design of the game.  Normally I would just chalk it up to my careless son not thinking before pressing a button but I spent a lot on his OLC.  I just printed up his Microsoft order sheet and the total is over $400!

    I just attached that statement to his EA case....hopefully the case specialist will have mercy.

    Best case...restore his team.  Seems to me only a matter of pressing a few buttons and viola!...restored to roster on a particular day.

    But something tells me the mighty EA Sports is not going to help me one bit....$400! on OLC!

    I will post an update on how this ends.

  • I also fell into the "delete team" trap today 😢 Was playing around with my lineups and thought I was deleting one when I hit the button. Of course I didnt read the confirmation message. Next thing I looked at was the "name your team" page and I almost fainted.

    I contacted EA straight away and as expected was told that my team cannot be recovered. I was asked to give them a list of my top 12 players which I did. Someone was meant to get back in touch with me. Now getting back my best 12 players is nice, but only a drop in the bucket, as I only started playing recently and was focused on completing my collections. So I had hundreds of gold, silver and bronze players in my club, plenty of jerseys and logos etc. Anyways, apart from EAs horrible menu layout which puts the "delete team" (why not name it "delete your club"?) button in the "manage lineups" menu, I brought this disaster on myself. Hence Im glad that EA is willing to offer at least a small compensation/assistance.

    However, I received an email from one of EAs "specialists". He told me that from the list of 12 players I provided, 'a couple of players' (6 to be precise, amongst them my most expensive player) 'that were never reach ion your account' (sic!). He went on saying 'The other players were sold before the team was deleted but I can add them back this one time.'

    Now this pisses me off. I guess in terms of keeping track of my hut club, the typical German came through in me, as I kept precise protocol of all players and items I own, using multiple websites (HUTDB, HUTHQ) and even a flippin excel spreadsheet. All the 12 players I sent to EA were definitely in my club at the time my club got deleted and none of them were sold. EA telling me that half of them were sold before I happened to delete my own team and the other half never even being in my account makes me feel like they accuse me of fraud. 

    I sent EA a detailed account of all my past selling transactions aswell as a full list of all 200 gold players which were in my account at the time my club was deleted. Now Im waiting for a response.

    Im sorry for my long post, but this is quite frustrating and I guess sometimes it takes rant to get it off my chest. 

  • This just happened here this evening, wiping out all players, points, progress...ridiculous. 

    Vanished in seconds and not sure how to recover.

    Will stop playing any EA Games products until this one's sorted.

    Sounds like a lot of folks are facing this problem and little help from EA online, other than to refer us to their advisor queue,
