Can I stop the CPU from editing my trade block?

When playing franchise mode, there are points during the season (like the start and before trade deadline) where the CPU automatically edits the trade block. It can't seem to figure out that I will never sell my first round picks, so I end up having to re-adjust it when I start getting unwanted offers. This seems like a thing that should be modifiable by some kind of setting ....?
