Can not connect to EA servers on NHL22

For 3 days now I have been unable to connect to EA servers on NHL22. Works for other games such as Madden but doesn’t not work at all. I have done all the steps. Reset X box, rest router, check Gold Member ship. Nothing is working really frustrated that I can’t play this game.

    Hi there, @jdong2929 

    Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    I have been playing the game since it was released. Over the last week or so I have not been able to play any online game modes. Every time i attempt to play, I get a "lost connection" message and get sent back to the main menu. I have tried all of the suggestions posted here and have had no success. I am on PS4 with good internet connection as all of my other games have been able to run smoothly without any issues. Any advice?

    Hello, @fish014 

    If you've tried everything here, we're almost out of suggestions, unfortunately. One thing that wasn't mentioned is to delete the personal saved data for NHL 22. This will delete any offline mode saves as well as any changes to the settings. Normally, those download from the cloud though. To delete this data, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 22 and delete the saved data.

    If that doesn't help, go to the Network Settings on your PS4 and let me know what it says for the NAT type. Thanks!
