can you play 2 player co op in nhl online mode ?
Didnt see any options to do so on Ps4?

EA probably won't answer this question because they won't have to. They can sell this same game with even less features (yes it's possible) and slapshot the number 16 after NHL and people will still buy it. I just can't believe that they won't say some BS about how they left it out because of the new console....I don't know something! Answer head quarters right? Right.
- I am same as some have said previously, I bought a ps4 just to play nhl15 with a friend on my console against online opponents. I take it another level though where i also bought nhl15 for ps3 and it was sp broken that we haven't really even played it (freezes often, commentary/sound drop). So now got played by EA again, bought nhl15 for ps4, only for it not to have the mode that i bought it for!!!
I switched over to 2k sports games (nba2k15) and gave up on EA in November and I will certainly be soured in the future towards any further easports games if this is not fixed in the short term or at least explained to me.
I spent greater than 250$ in packs on each of nhl13 and 14, feel free to verify that EA, and had planned same this year.
Seems like a pretty simple fix, you can already obviously play coop against cpu, and the second controller select is populated in the online team select screen.
Letting me (us) know either way will go a long way to start the mending process between easports and my wallet. - Year after year I spend money on this game, and every year I'm spending an additional amount on a brand new controller due to the frustration this game brings me.
How can a company fail to supply a quality product when they have every effing resource to fine tune things as simple as eliminating exploits.
EA, your lacking game modes are the most fundamental failure, and only the beginning of flaws in this 60 dollar shiny paper weight. This is a NEXT GEN CONSOLE!

4 years and we still see the same glitches, same exploits, same server issues... The list goes on.
Take some of that money you swim in and dedicated to employees who browse reviews and actually consider some of the feedback. As customers we don't feel like we have a voice.

EA got rocked in the basketball market by 2ksports due to a weak product and released the first nbalive in years recently... It's already in the bargain bin where I shop and NBA2K14 ( last year's version) still flies off the shelf at nearly full price.
Clearly our wallets need to do the talking as EA still hasn't come clean with these straightforward questions posted here on their own site. I intend to do just that, my money does not want to spend time with EA. What a joke!
Been playing NHL since 2011 on my PS3... just got the PS4 and invited my buddy over for some co-op play like we have been doing for years and was tripping because it wasn't working.
I find this forum and am so disgusted by EA pulling this feature.
Do they not realize how much fun they are taking away from the game.

So i'm looking to get a new sports game to play online in Co op mode with a pal of mine. Looking at this thread it wasn't available in this game but the last 2 posts suggest it can be done. Has anyone had success ding this since the summer of 2015?
