I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I also am having this same issue. I reset my modem, router and PS4 but still can't connected. I just purchased this game and let the game fully install and update to the latest patch. I tried a different internet connect and hotspotted my phone, still didn't work. I used a cable to connect directly to my modem and still didn't work. I tested my internet connection and speed and both were good, I have Comcast Cable Internet. All other games work without an issue. I double checked to make sure my PS4 was fully updated to the latest software. The date and time were also checked and updated on the PS4. I then tried a friends PS4 and PS5 and had the same issue. I tried all self-support I could find. I signed out of all accounts and signed back in and it still won't work. I checked the server status and it was green and working according to your website. Please help. This issue must be on EA's end.
