CANNOT FIND OPPONENTS

I have recently gotten a new router the rogers ignite to better my internet connection but now when i try to play online i cant even find an opponent it always fails no matter how long i try and i even reset the router... i tried searching up what the issue could be... one link said i needed to disable some sorta IPv6 which i tried to do manually on the computer ... it says its disabled on my comp but isnt on my xbox if i were to go to the network settings it says im still connected throuh IPv4 and IPv6 I just wanna play the game any info on how i can make that happen would be great?

    Hey I have the same issue as well. I bought Nhl 18 on Xbox one 3 weeks ago and I still can’t find opponents either. I’m with Rogers and had the rocket router when I bought this game. It didn’t work so I figured I try upgrading to the same router you have but yet I still can’t find opponents to this day. I can join my friend no problem but when we choose our teams and ready up it just loads there for 2 minutes and then just doesn’t work. The strange part about this is when I play with multiple friends it works and I can play with them. I tried port forwarding and that didn’t work, I tried getting rid of IPv6 but that still shows on my Xbox settings. I have a friend who is with Rogers and can play no problem. He even went on my account and was able to find games. So for me I feel the issue is either my connection or something with my Xbox. So my plan one of these days is to go to my friends house with my Xbox, connect to his connection and see what happens. If I can find a game then it’s something with my internet but if I still can’t then it’s my Xbox I can easily exchange because I’m under warranty. Tbh this issue has been really annoying because I can play cod on Xbox and even play fifa with my PS4. Let me know if you resolved your issue lol sorry for this long message but that’s just what’s been happening with me.
