Cant hear announcers/ Audio bug

I just downloaded NHL 15 for xbox one over the online store and when I play a game (vs. CPU or online) I can't hear anything the announcers are saying. I see their lips moving but it seems as if they're on mute. I have all sounds in the settings on full blast too. Anyone know how to fix this audio bug?
