Can't make roster changes with IIHF players

    @milan0202 IIHF tournament rosters are locked, so you can’t add, remove, or edit anyone on those rosters.

When we create a team we copy players onto the created team. We should be able to copy a legends and the IIHF women and have a new version of them as NHL draft prospects or free agents. Ideally we can copy them all as a group without duplicates and make them eligible for a specific draft class. Their attributes would automatically change appropriately somehow. it would also be nice to create draft classes that we can upload into our franchise. if i want to fully customize a draft class for 2030 with all new fictional characters or whoever that would be a really neat addition.
