Can't rename club in options screen after suspension

Our club name and one of our members were temporarily suspended in NHL 25 but we were told we can edit the club name in the "Rename Your Club" screen under club options. The suspension for the player...

Where did you see you can rename your club? Often, that's not the case when you've been actioned for having an offensive name in the past. Send me a private message with your club name and I'll look into this.
