Yes this is really an incredible annoyance. Not only is it unnecessary, but it’s clearly part of an HR agenda to add “positivity”and messages of useless rhetoric at the community. We’re not a bunch of children and we don’t need cheerleaders chirping. Unless they’re on the ice

@Gurnz666 It isn't part of an HR agenda to add positivity; it has nothing to do with HR. Rather, it has to do with marketing - it is a gimmick that they are throwing all their muscle behind and they want players to understand how each of these x factor traits works to the point of annoying us all.
