Club Hub Online Season won't let me match make??

Hey all,

Sorry this is probably a stupid question. I've just created a player for the club hub and created a club as well. I go to online season, play, then put my player as LW or RW and it won't let me match make. The match make is just greyed out, how do you play online season if it won't let you! Thanks for the help in advance
