I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

i also have this issue where i try to pick a position and it gives me said error code and doing what you said did not help

Try editing your player and choosing all different items. It's possible one you've chosen is bugged and causing this. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I had this issue. I went to my loadouts and made my first loadout active. Then it was fine. Hopefully, this works for you. Good luck!

Which NHL game are you playing and when exactly is that error happening?

won't let me switch the positions I reset modem all of that what you said in previous messages
but when I switch from goalie to D in NHL24 it sends the error code and kicks me out changed all my player info gear etc and still won't work
