Code Incorrect or Invalid - PS Store Error

Got my code for the technical test. Go to enter it into the Redeem Codes page of the PlayStation Store. 

Getting the error: “The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entry (WC-40376-0).”

Anyone else having this same issue?

    Thanks for the quick response. They looked into and said “it looks like you should already be able to play the NHL 21 beta”. Which makes no sense unless someone hacked my email and already used the code. 

    Is that an automated response or?

    It looks like you chose the wrong region for your code. That would be why. You can try contacting an advisor again, but they won't be able to give out any new codes, unfortunately.

    That’s hilarious. It wouldn’t let me choose a different region but didn’t think it would be an issue.

    @gwiz_iii FYI, I had the same issue. The code I received was for a different region. I contacted EA support and the advisor I got was very helpful. He asked me where I was located and gave me a code for my region. Maybe worth a try.

    I tried a couple times and just kept getting an automated message that I shouldn’t have any problem lol.
