Coins Lost During Auction Bidding

Question

Last night when I was in a bidding war for a 90 Jarome Iginla I lost 200k coins. When I started bidding I had 400k coins, I put in a bid at a bit over 200k for the card and all the sudden my coin totally went down to nearly zero. Once the bidding ended I got back ~200k, but the other 200k mysteriously vanished and never returned. Thought I might have won the card, but that was not the case either. How can these coins be recovered? Any assistance would be much appreciated.&nbsp;

Contacted an Advisor, they told me that my coins could not be recovered, even though the incident seemed like a bug in the game with Auction bidding, and not an error on my end. Considering how valuable coins are, and how much time and/or expense it takes to get them, this is VERY VERY disappointing!!

I posted a 91 Brayden Point for $80,500 he sold but I never got my coins. I’ve never had a auction take this long to give me my coins&nbsp;
