Thanks for the update. Can you check to see if your router supports QoS (Quality of Service)? Also, you should try using alternate DNS servers with these steps:
https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003048283-Changing-DNS-on-Popular-Gaming-Systems-PS4-XBox1-WiiU-. If those DNS servers don't help, try Google's. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
