Cam Atkinson, 72 overall, 38 years old. Hasn't played in NHL for 2 seasons. SHOULD be retired, but he's refusing to sign for any less than 3.5 million
@EA_Blueberry what is the logic on this one? Guy who scored 25 goals in the AHL? Used to be a 40 goal scorer (3 seasons before the simulation)?
@johum2886 Yeah doesn’t make any sense.. is his “potential” a top 6/9? Apparently even if a 74ovr has top 6 potential they deserve to ask for big contracts.. As the EA said.. developers say this is intentional and isn’t a bug.. washed up players deserve 3-6m contracts even if they’re nearly in 60’s overalls..

I've noticed that contracts inflation has gone down drastically in the past couple weeks, BUT I've stop changing everything to high.
I'm seeing a lot more 2-1 or 3-0 scores instead of the 5-6 or 10-0. So, that might have been a major contributing factor.
Leon Draisaitl hit the open market in my last season and he only wanted 12 million for 7 years. With a 94 overall, I jumped on that
Hmm. I always have simulated scoring on low and shooting on high. Maybe that’s why I don’t have the problem as bad as you guys?
